Orlando Science Center: Monsterology!

So, are monsters real? Your little ones may be wondering whether they are or not!  So, take the mystery out of monsters with the Orlando Science Center this Halloween, October 31, from 12 p m – 4 pm.   The Seventh Annual Spooktacular Science Extravaganza will provide a whole day’s worth of activities and events where little phantoms can explore the science of Monsterology.

Little ones can dress up in their most ghoulish or most fun costume as they learn how to make “Ghost Goop,” watch demonstration snake and scorpion demonstrations, and witness a Gator creature feeding. They can also learn all about blood, scabs and bruising (Yuk!) and let out their inner spooky scientist as they watch experiments about dry ice and liquid nitrogen!

The youngest ghosts and goblins will be welcomed into KidsTown, where they will hear the truth behind “fairy tales” such as Little Red Riding Hood, The Three Little Pigs, and Peter and the Wolf while also enjoying face painting and animal activities.

The event is included with general admission, which is $12.00 for kids (ages 3-11), $17.00 for adults and free for children 2 & under. Admission is also free to Science Center members.
